James grew up in Milton Common, he attended Great Milton Primary and then Wheatley Park Secondary School where he still contributes helping current students in an ambassadorial role. He started his Estate Agency career in 2011 in Headington. He progressed quickly and managed sales teams in not just Headington, but also Summertown and the surrounding villages.
